The 'O' Ring Housing bolts in where existing Seal Housing went. The 'O' Ring inside is for initial install only.
The new Idler shaft is installed in the rear of the Auger with 2 hardened Bearing Sleeves on Idler Shaft for longer wear. The Idler Bullet is for initial alignment.
The Composite Sleeve is expected to freeze into the Spherical Bearing which is there for initial alignment installation. The Spherical Bearing is expected to set as well. The Spherical Bearing Housing bolts in where the current bearing is installed.
The plan is for the wear to occur between the Hardened Sleeves and Composite Bearing. The whole assembly is probably sacrificial (torched out) when excessive wear does occur, or Auger has to be changed.
