Tuckerbilt® T-630 Vibrator Usage:

Vibrators mounted on each side of the Tuckerbilt® T-630 Hopper should be used sparingly.  Their purpose is to aid in cleaning the last little bit off the sides of the hopper when it is empty or almost empty.  Continue running the auger while vibrating to discharge what the vibrators have shaken down.

Prolonged use will drain the air tank and cause the brakes to lock.  Short bursts with a pause allows the air compressor to keep up.

Using the vibrators when the hopper is full can cause settling or compacting of low slump mixes.  They may become difficult to auger.  With a really stiff mix, the concrete might even "bridge" over the auger.

With High Slump mixes such as "Self Consolidating Concrete" segregation can be caused by vibrating when the hopper is full.  Do not vibrate Self Consolidating loads.
